Other news:
  • We’ve prepared the bees for winter and they seem to be settling down nicely for the season
  • The first of our Christmas Puddings have been made (the recipe is in our book)
  • We’ve got a bumper crop of figs – some will be dried for the Christmas cheeseboard and the rest will go in jam
Jobs for the week:
  • Prepare for our sessions at the Country Living Christmas Fair in Harrogate
  • Boil up some jellies, jam and marmalade – we want our shelves heaving for Christmas shopping
  • Deep clean the chicken coops ready for winter

It’s all in the preparation…

Hope to see you soon,

Sara

I’d love to use the wraps to take my baked goods to work and share/present them on the wraps, so I don’t eat all those lovely treats by myself!

I’d love the wraps to wrap my homemade gingerbread loaf. I’ve just started baking it & my OH can’t get enough but have to keep it moist.

I’d use the wraps to send all my boys to school with their lunches so they are a bit more keen to eat my healthy packed lunches rather than want to buy stuff from the cafeteria!! C’mon you bees & hens !
