We will make:
- Tagliatelle
- Pasta Shells
- Tomato Sauce
And conclude our morning with a simple pasta lunch together.

He came to our gîte @leshirondellesgites and cooked us the most amazing meal:

* Velouté parmentier / Brochettes de pruneaux au lard / Allumettes au Parmesan
(Leek and potato soup / Bacon-wrapped prunes / Parmesan cheese straws)

* Croquettes de morue à la sauce tartare et son émincé de carottes au cumin
(Cod-filled croquettes with tartar sauce and cumin-infused carrots)

* Caille farcie avec sa galette de pommes de terre et poitrine fumée
(Pork-and-brandy stuffed quail with bacon-filled potato cakes)

* Croustillant de fromage de chèvre avec son mesclun
(Crispy coated goat’s cheese with leafy green salad)

* Marquise au chocolat et sa crème arabica
(Rich chocolate cake with coffee-infused cream)

Thanks for the most memorable evening and truly delicious food 🇫🇷🍷🧀
