After many requests over the years - today we did

After many requests over the years - today we did it!
Our FIRST ever *Introduction to Gluten Free Baking*
We had Vanilla Shortbread with coffee, a Roasted Vegetable Tart for lunch….
Then throughout the day we made:
🍞 Quinoa & Buckwheat Loaf
🍫 Chocolate Chilli Cake
🧀 Cheese Scones
🥨Seeded Crackers

Once you’ve tasted homegrown, you’ll never buy it again…
It’s also a great way to reduce your carbon footprint - one bunch of homegrown saves nearly 5kg CO2 (vs shop bought) and a weekly harvest from April to June (12 weeks) = 60kg of CO2 saved 🌱🌍🌱

*Froet Rugbrod – Seeded Rye Loaf
*Knackebrod – Sourdough Rye Crispbread
