Sara Ward will welcome you to Hen Corner with fresh coffee and home-made biscuits. After an introduction to our time together you will have opportunity to stroll around the garden visiting the chickens and bees, then off to the conservatory and kitchen to get busy…
After collecting fresh eggs from the hens, our morning will be spent making pasta dough and cutting a simple tagliatelle to be served with a garden pesto for our lunch. Our afternoon will then be spent making filled pasta, such as ravioli, which we can take home to enjoy another day.
We are pleased to bring you this London pasta making course.
Recipes for the day may include:
- Fresh Egg Tagliatelle
- Garden Pesto/Roasted Tomato Sauce
- Butternut Squash, Sage & Ricotta Ravioli
- Pork & Fennel Tortellini
Everyone goes home with a goodie bag including recipe sheets, their stuffed pasta and a jar of our pasta sauce.
