Pop on your pinny and roll up your sleeves, this special course has been designed to help us usher in Advent as we make our Christmas puddings together…

Sara Ward trained as a Bread Angel with Jane Mason of Virtuous Bread back in 2015 and has more recently completed a Five Day Intensive Bread course and further Croissant & Viennoiserie training with Richard Bertinet at his Cookery School in Bath.

We are pleased to bring you this online Christmas Pudding course.

Our time together will include:

  • An introduction to Hen Corner
  • Selecting a personal combination of fruit and nuts and your favourite tipple
  • As the fruit is soaking, Sara will show you a couple of simple Christmas craft ideas
  • Combining the recipe ingredients, then it’s time to stir up those perfect puddings
  • Securing your puddings in a basin with paper and string
  • Guidance on cooking, reheating and serving suggestions

‘There’s nothing more Christmassy than going to Sara’s warm and welcoming home with some carols on in the background to stir up a boozy Christmas pudding. A really fun afternoon.’
